Payments

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method to provide ease and flexibility for our customers. The total price of your order, including delivery charges, will be due at the time of delivery. If any product in your order is unavailable after you have placed it, we will notify you, and you will not be charged for that item.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • We deliver across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

  • Ownership of the products will transfer to you once full payment is received upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request an exchange by emailing us at velvetvividdrasmarah@gmail.com along with details and supporting images of the issue.

  • Once we review and approve the claim, you will be asked to return the product(s) to us.

  • A replacement will be processed and shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • Please note that we currently do not offer refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order by emailing us at velvetvividdrasmarah@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If your order has already been processed and dispatched (as confirmed via email notification), cancellation will no longer be possible.

  • Velvet & Vivid reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to) product unavailability.
