Who are you and what’s your mission?
Velvet & Vivid is a premium body-care brand created to help women slow down, care for their skin, and feel confident. We craft body scrubs, body butters, body yogurts, and shower gels in Pakistan with an emphasis on hydration and self-care.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Direct Bank Transfer, nationwide in Pakistan.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—within 24 hours and before dispatch. After that, orders are processed and can’t be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Across Pakistan.

How much is shipping?
Flat rate PKR 200 on all orders.

How long will delivery take?
Typically 3–5 working days after processing. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Do you offer returns or refunds?
We offer exchanges only (no refunds). If you need help with an exchange, contact us and we’ll guide you through it.

Product Use & Routine

How do I use Body Yogurt?
Apply after showering on damp skin to lock in moisture; massage until absorbed.

How do I use Body Butter?
Use after a shower to deeply moisturize; massage into skin until absorbed.

How do I use the Body Scrub and how often?
On damp skin, massage in circular motions, then rinse. Use twice a week for best results.

In what order should I use your products?
Shower gel → Body Scrub (2× weekly) → Body Yogurt or Body Butter (daily).

Ingredients & Skin Concerns

What key ingredients do you use?
Formulas vary by product and may include shea butter, cocoa butter, niacinamide, alpha arbutin, lactic/glycolic acids, allantoin, and urea—chosen to nourish, smooth, and brighten the look of skin. See the ingredient lists on each product page for full details.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Most skin types can use our products. If you’re new to an active ingredient (like AHAs), start slowly and patch test first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Are these safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Many customers use simple moisturizers safely, but everyone is different. Please consult your healthcare provider with our full ingredient list before use.
